Freelance Lead BI Developer / Scrum Master
 
Brussels Hybrid- Long-term contract to start ASAP!
 
 

Role

• Develop and maintain high-quality BI solutions.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders to understand and address data needs.
• Coach and train team members on BI best practices.
• Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating meetings, supporting the team in achieving its goals, and fostering an Agile and innovative spirit.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of BI processes and tools.

 

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI development.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and SQL databases.
• Experience in programming (SQL etc.) and knowledge of ETL tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role is a plus.
• Experience with DataVault 2.0 and MS Azure are a significant plus.
• Knowledge of Agile Kanban is a plus.
• Fluency in English, with French or Dutch a plus
