We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Export Area Manager to join our team. If you are looking for a challenging role in international sales and have a passion for driving business growth, this job opportunity is for you.The Area Manager will have the following main tasks:Follow-up of current business -The follow-up of the current business through the existing network of exclusive agents overseas and clients, for all the aspects of the business in progress-Communicate and coordonate with overseas Exclusive Agents to maintain a strong and reactive professional relationship with them-Carry out current tasks such as order forecasts, product enquiry, possible information request in coordination with the other departments of the company (general management, RD, sales administration, ...) with an efficient folloow-up of their feedback.-Implement action plans on commercial issues, in line with the business development of the product range.-Analyze the global or targeted market trends for nutritional products. Provide global or targeted data on local competition and product range-Collect and analyze adequate market information to enrich our bench-marking approachProspectionAfter a preliminary period of training on the company's activity (product range and product development, production process, commercial relationship ...), the Area Manager will take directly part to the prospection of new markets with the mission to increase the portfolio of exclusive agents.It includes analyze of new markets, documentary market survey, contact with the Awex board, selection of potential exclusive agents, visit of prospects for introducing ou company's activity own-branded product ranges, with regular report to the management. The Area Manager must play an active role in the preparation phase of each prospection and in the evalution of the preparation and the results of each mission in situ.

Profil

-Graduated form University or High Schoolof Commerce or equivalent-Attracted by the international context and with a significant worldwide travel experience; cultural diversity awareness-Customer -oriented, ability to adapt himself to each interlocutor-Experience in Export Sales environment; an experience of several years in a sales oriented international role is needed-English/French bilingual is mandatory (fluently spoken and written)-Curious, seller profile, able to meet new professional challenges-Accurate, reliable and well organized; constructive critical mind-Ability to work independently but also taking part in teamwork-Respectful of the deadlines and company's procedures-Excellent professional presentation; ability to meet professionals and to develop a relationship; excellent communication skills (oral and written)-Willing to traval frequently (up to 15-20% of the working time)-Proficient use of all common PC applications (MS Office Suite)
