Where you'll be working:

Our client is a leading company in the industrial automation sector and has been active for over 40 years. In addition to their wide range of products, they have a diverse customer portfolio that mainly consists of manufacturers, cabinet-panel builders, and system integrators. They are also exclusive distributors for a few well-known companies in the Belgian and Luxembourgan markets.

It's a fast growing company that aims to become the preferred partner for it's customers and suppliers. Therefore, they cultivate an atmosphere where employees are heard, respected, rewarded, and encouraged to achieve their full potential, in order to perform as well as possible.

They are currently looking for new talent to strengthen their collegial sales team.

What you'll be doing: Identifying and exploiting business opportunities, both with existing customers but mostly with new potential prospects. Providing valuable solutions to customers with a focus on cost savings. Actively listening to customers to understand their specific needs and based on that, develop and execute personalized sales plans. Maintaining strong relationships with customers and communicating with various stakeholders, including purchasers, engineers, operations managers, and executives.


Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a technical field. A true Hunter: proactively seeking new customers and prospects. Experience in a commercial job. French and English are a must and Dutch is a plus.
