You will spend the major part of you day to provide high-quality service at the reception but you will also have the possibility to have other responsibilities.
An international Law Firm located in Brussels and easily accessible by public transports
You will perform receptionist duties: Receiving and making phone calls Welcome guests & visitors Booking meeting rooms & catering Be the first line contact of the suppliers You will also provide support to the partners & assistants: Format documents Submit expenses Make some follow up for your colleagues Assist the Office Manager for IT related requests (visio conferences etc)
ProfilYou have an Excellent level of English & French (Dutch is a must) You have experience as Receptionist or Administrative Assistant If you worked already in a Law Firm it is even better You are comfortable in front of clients You are able to work for an employer with high expectations in terms of professionalism & courtesy You have proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
