Responsibilities
- Efficiently resolve technical issues with computer systems, Hardware, and software.
- Install and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Provide user support and training, enhancing IT experiences.
- Work collaboratively to address and solve IT challenges.
Your Profile
- 2+ years in IT support, with a passion for learning.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, Windows, and Linux OS.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prepared for a full-time role, including occasional on-call duties.
