Description de la fonction

• You will be responsible for recruitment of new consultants
• Search of suitable candidates (databases, internet, networking, ...)
• Screening of the cv's
• Screening by phone + face to face interview
• Matching the candidates profile with the open vacancies
• You work in close relationship with the project leaders and account managers

 
Profile

• You have an experience of minimum 1 year in search & selection
• You have affinity with technology, preferable an experience in the IT-sector
• You are stress-resistant and are able to work in a highly competitive environment
• Deadlines don't frighten you
• You speak fluently French or Dutch. Good knowledge of UK.
