Our customer is a fast growing consultancy organization with offices in Limburg & Flemish Brabant.
 
Their core business is consultancy, advisory and propose optimization in the Applications & Digitalization domain to medium and large organizations.
 
Because of their grow they are looking for additional Business & Functional analysts.

• Depending on the size of the project and your expertise you can also act as Project Manager. 
• Depending on your level of expertise you can coach of group of junior consultants. 

 

Job description

 
As consultant you align the existing IT applications department with the constant changing and demanding business reality and requirements.
 
So, you give consultancy, advisory and propose optimization

• As Business Analyst you listen to the clients their needs, expectations and dreams. You assess the current situation. You search for the adequate solution to fill in the gaps of the client's ICT environment in the several departments like Sales, Finance, IT, Legal, .... You identify, analyse and propose solutions to challenges the clients are facing with regard to their business processes. You study the procedures and systems currently in place.
• As Functional Analyst you translate the business needs into functional requirements. You collect, consolidate, analyze and prioritize customer requirements. 

 

Required experience

• You have an Engineering degree or Master degree in ICT.
• Experience as analyst
• You speak fluently Dutch and English. French is an asset.
• Familiar with BPMN and UML.
• Certificates such as Prince2, Scrum, ITIL, ...are assets
• You have an analytical mindset.
• You perform best in a flexible work environment.
• You have a business process management approach.
• Proactive and customer-oriented attitude. 
• You are familiar with the Agile approach.
• Strong writing skills to write user manuals and other documentations or reports. 
• Strong communication skills to train existing users in new capabilities.
