Our Team/division description: 
The Vehicle Performance Engineering division (VPE) is part of the R&D group at Toyota Motor Europe Technical Center in Zaventem, Belgium. Our division is in charge of: - Identifying market requirements and trends, and turning them into development targets for vehicles, their subsystems, and down to components - Development of passenger vehicles for the European market - Researching state of the art and beyond state of the art technologies for implementation in future vehicles Inside VPE, the VPx/VPI (Vehicle Performance Intelligence) team contributes to achieve this goal by collecting, processing and summarizing efficiently all required information to set the right development targets. Responsibilities: - Maintain and troubleshoot the existing Python based application - Implement improvements & modifications based on user feedback - Analyse data structures and integrate new data sources into the application database - Improve NLP capabilities and optimize classification models - Support the design and development of a new application - Performance analysis on data recovered from the market and test vehicles - Assist in internal coordination and provide organizational support - Document meetings, follow-ups, and generate summaries when necessary
 

Profil

Profile:   - You are fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe business language) - You have a University degree in related field  - Fluency in Python is a must - Experience in data analysis and familiarity with database integration. - Experience in machine learning, particularly NLP (Natural language Processing) is an asset - Front End design and development skills are an asset (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and frameworks React and Node.js) - Working experience in an R&D environment is an asset - Good communication and organizational skills   You have a Toyota DNA, this means : ?    Courage: you are ready to let go of the easy path to reach challenging targets  ?    Collaboration: you are a team player, respectful and inclusive in your style and you take a customer-oriented approach ?    Creativity: your passion drives you to explore innovative ideas and challenge the impossible   ?    Curiosity: you combine imagination and fact-based observation  ?    Coaching: you share knowledge and feedback with your colleagues and celebrate each other's success
