A growing and dynamic IT company with about 60 employees. We provide IT managed services to our clients with a select range of solutions. We provide IT infrastructure, server, Storage, networking, and cloud solutions. 
 
Our client is a human sized consulting company with about 60 employees. Their clients are mainly large companies where your system engineering skills will be challenged.
 
Your projects will mainly be based in Brussels & Flemish Brabant.
 
 

Job description

 
As our Network Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Incident and service request-handling (2nd and 3rd line) respecting the internal procedures
• Projects such as design, installation, configuration & upgrades of complex networks (VLAN 802.1Q, STP/MLT, TCP/IP, QoS, ACL, Active Directory integration, ...)
• Ownership for the client relationship: you are recognized by the client as a business partner, from whom to seek advise
• Remaining up to date with new evolutions and making sure your knowledge remains ahead of the trends
• Gain experience, become an expert in your field and guide your colleagues with their complex technical questions
• Be part of our stand-by support team

 

Profile

 
Requirements:

• Fluent in English, Dutch, and/or French (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's in IT with 2+ years as a Network Engineer or relevant Master's degree.
• Methodical, client-focused, and adept at teamwork.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
