Who are we looking for?

• A motivated team player: You have a positive attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves in a hands-on role. You can easily travel to our location in Hoogstraten.
• A confident communicator: You'll be joining a diverse, international team where English is the shared language, so you should be comfortable speaking and understanding it on the work floor.
• Physically fit for the job: The role involves stacking boxes, sometimes at height. For your own comfort and safety, it's a requirement to be at least 1.75m tall and have no prior back issues.
• Eager to learn: No experience? No problem! Your commitment and willingness to learn are what truly matter to us. We provide full on-the-job training to help you succeed.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Play a key role in our production process by carefully and efficiently stacking boxes of fresh mushrooms.
• Keep things moving in our energetic, fast-paced environment, using your organized approach to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Focus on quality by ensuring every box is stacked correctly, contributing directly to the team's success.
• Enjoy a great work-life balance with a consistent day shift schedule, leaving your evenings free for family, friends, and hobbies.
