Application Support Engineer - The Function

• Providing applicative support for SaaS solutions.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and resolving incidents using tools such as Kibana.
• Collaborating closely with development teams to ensure smooth deployments and continuous improvements.
• Leveraging Google Development Tools for efficient issue tracking, testing, and automation.

• Documenting recurring issues and contributing to process optimization.

   

Profil

Application Support Engineer - The Candidate

• Experience with SaaS applications and application support.
• Familiarity with Kibana (or similar monitoring/logging tools).
• Knowledge of Google Development Tools (GCP, Git, CI/CD, etc.).
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
