Job Title: IT Support Technician - Level 1 & 2

Location: Brussels (with regular travel to Braine-l'Alleud and Halle)

Contract Type: Permanent 

As an IT Support Technician (Level 1 & 2), you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users across multiple sites. You will handle hardware and software issues, manage device deployment, and ensure smooth operations of IT systems. You will also contribute to the configuration and maintenance of modern workplace tools, with a focus on Intune and Autopilot.

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to users (on-site and remote).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Configure and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Maintain and update user profiles and device policies in Intune.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (device setup, access rights, etc.).
• Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Travel regularly to company sites in Braine-l'Alleud and Halle to provide on-site support.

   

Profil

• Proven experience in Level 1 & 2 IT support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple locations.

Languages Required:

• French: Fluent
• Dutch: Fluent

Driver's License: Mandatory
