Description de la fonction

As a Product Manager, your main objective is to define, develop, and optimize products and services that align with market needs and business priorities. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, ensuring that the solutions delivered meet customer expectations and company objectives.

Your responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into concrete product features and user stories.

• Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize developments.

• Ensure coordination between business, IT, and operational teams.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.

Profil

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience in product development and agile methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Customer-centric mindset with experience in user testing and validation.

• Strong collaboration and coordination skills across multiple teams.

• Fluent in French or Dutch, with a strong command of English.
