1st Line Support Engineer - Your Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues or escalate them to higher-level IT teams when necessary.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor and respond to IT tickets in the service management system, ensuring timely resolution.
Document solutions and maintain knowledge base to improve efficiency and support processes.
Profil
1st Line Support Engineer - Your Profile
- Motivated and customer-oriented IT professional with hands-on first-line support experience.
- Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Able to identify problems, provide effective solutions, and escalate complex cases when needed.
- English and Dutch speaker (French is a nice asset).
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and committed to delivering excellent user support.
Contributes to team efficiency by documenting solutions and sharing knowledge.
