About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned leader to drive our strategic alliances and partnerships across the [Insert Region]. This role is critical to expanding our ecosystem, unlocking new revenue streams, and fostering innovation through high-impact collaborations. Key Responsibilities

• Execution of the strategic roadmap for alliances and partnerships aligned with business goals.
• Identify potential partners across industries and evaluate opportunities for collaboration.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation.
• Manage ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring performance tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, etc.) to ensure successful partnership implementation.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Profil

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Strategy, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within financial services.
• Deep understanding of financial ecosystems, regulatory environments, and emerging technologies (e.g., open banking, core banking, digital payments).
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and cultural nuances.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing regional teams and working in a matrixed global organization.
• Proven track record of delivering results through strategic partnerships..
• Experience working with cross-border teams and navigating complex regulatory landscapes
