The Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Internship offers you the opportunity to get a first glimpse of your potential future career and to apply your academic knowledge in a real-life supply chain context. Our internship is a great way to get noticed within the world of J&J!
As an intern you will be part of a team and get to experience the daily challenges we face in the Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain. The intern will be assigned to any of the following business areas:
Advanced Therapies (Beerse or Gent)
Project examples: Optimize logistics flows, support operational readiness of new CAR-T EMEA production sites, etc.
Deliver - Distribution & Warehousing (Beerse, Diegem or Courcelles)
Project examples: Support development of CO2/Sustainability calculation in order frequency and transportation, Develop site strategic roadmap, Inbound/Outbound process improvements, etc.
Innovative Medicine Supply Chain - Chemical Production (Geel)
Project examples: Digitization projects, Research on equivalency of different reactors and on performance of materials towards the chemical processes, Data analytics for process optimization, etc.
Innovative Medicine Supply Chain - Pharmaceutical Production (Beerse)
Project examples: Conduct Root Cause Problem Solving, Initiate business cases and Implement process improvement actions, including Kaizen.
Clinical Supply Chain (Beerse)
Project examples: Data analytics for process optimization, Sustainability & Innovation projects, Support implementation of new production infrastructure etc.
The J&J Supply Chain Internship is an opportunity for master students. We are open for full-time and part-time commitments for which durations may vary. We are looking for interns in the period of January 2026 - December 2026.
You will be guided by your internship coordinator for daily business support. On top of that, you will be assigned a buddy to help you with your onboarding. This buddy is a young potential who recently graduated, providing you the opportunity to ask for career advice and impressions of working at Johnson & Johnson.
At the end of your internship, you will receive constructive feedback on your performance. At Johnson & Johnson we strongly believe in the significant importance of direct feedback to help with your personal development.
Profil
You will obtain a master's degree in the next 2 years and have a strong interest in Supply Chain Management. Preferred fields of study are (Business) Engineering, Automation or Science.
However, the internship is open to any motivated student!
You are passionate about advancing the health and well-being of people around the world.
You are not afraid to ask questions or work independently (possible to work remotely).
To maximize your learning curve, we expect physical presence on site at least 1-2 days per week.
You look forward to getting pulled out of your comfort zone.
Thanks to your analytical skills you manage to understand complex issues and related business needs.
lYou are fluent in English and/or Dutch and/or French.

Avantages du poste
We provide an allowance of €20 per worked day, to cover for your daily expenses. Additional support for housing opportunities is available depending on the distance to campus.
