Partner Enablement Specialist (UCaaS) M/V/X

As a Partner Enablement Specialist, you will be the key driver in guiding and supporting our reseller partners during onboarding and throughout their growth in the UCaaS ecosystem. You will organize training sessions (both online and classroom), support initial installations, create documentation, and assist partners through the Partner Hotline.

With your strong UC background, you not only empower partners but can also when enablement workload is lower support the UC Consultant team by taking on technical projects. This makes you both a partner enabler and a technical contributor.

Responsibilities

• Guide partners during their onboarding journey and first installations.
• Organize and deliver monthly partner training sessions (online & classroom).
• Develop documentation, playbooks, and tools that drive partner independence.
• Address urgent requests through the Partner Hotline.
• Coach partners and internal teams on UCaaS adoption and best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements in partner enablement.
• (Secondary) Support the UC Consultant team with configurations, activations, and migrations.

Profil

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Strong UC background (UCaaS, VoIP, PBX, SIP, networking).
• Experience in partner enablement, training, or consultancy is a plus.
• Hands-on attitude with both technical and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
• Customer- and partner-oriented mindset, thriving in a scale-up environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under pressure.
• A valid work permit for Belgium.
