Als Team Leader bij Distrilog Group ben je een sleutelfiguur in het dagelijkse beheer van een team van ongeveer 25 magazijnmedewerkers in een gloednieuw e-commerce magazijn in Vorst. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van activiteiten, het oplossen van operationele problemen, het bewaken van deadlines en KPI's, en het waarborgen van veiligheid en kwaliteit. Je rapporteert aan de Assistant Site Manager en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Ervaring in een logistieke omgeving en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Frans zijn essentieel, evenals leiderschapskwaliteiten en de bereidheid om in wisselende diensten en op zaterdagen te werken. As a Team Leader, you are the key figure of your team:

• You are responsible for organizing the daily warehouse activities and ensuring that your team works efficiently, safely, and motivated.
• You work in the rotating shift, meaning you will lead the early shift at one moment and the late shift at another.
• You will work under the Distrilog group but more specifically for our company ECOMLOG.
• You will have the opportunity to work in a brand-new warehouse in Vorst and be part of an e-commerce sector that is a booming business with many growth opportunities.

Profil

Your Tasks:

• Daily management of a team of about 25 warehouse employees.
• Distributing tasks and monitoring their execution.
• Solving operational problems and monitoring deadlines or KPIs.
• Supervising safety, order, and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Hands-on involvement on the floor when necessary.
• Reporting to the Assistant Site Manager and thinking about improvements.

Your Profile:

• Experience in a logistics environment, preferably as a team leader or in a coordinating role.
• Born leader and motivator.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and French, English is a plus.
• Sense of responsibility and attention to safety and quality.
• Flexible and willing to work in the fixed late shift.
• Physical work does not scare you.
• Relevant leadership experience.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays.
