Bartender

At PepeNero, we serve more than Italian comfort food. We serve moments that bring people together. Located in the heart of Leuven, our restaurant blends tradition, passion and good vibes.

We are looking for an authentic, ambitious and hands-on bartender to join our team. Someone who naturally connects with people and brings positive energy to every shift.

Who you are

You have already gained experience behind the bar and feel at home in a lively hospitality environment.
You love what you do, from mixing the perfect cocktail to welcoming guests with genuine warmth.
A busy night behind the bar does not stress you, it excites you.
You communicate fluently in English and Dutch. A little French is always a plus.

You value professionalism in your work, show respect to your team and guests, build trust by being reliable, stay open to feedback and new ideas, and act with honesty in everything you do.

Your responsibilities

• Setting up and running the bar efficiently
• Preparing cocktails and other drinks with precision and flair
• Explaining our drinks menu and sharing our story with guests
• Communicating smoothly with the floor team
• Keeping the bar area organized and stocked
• Contributing to a positive and supportive team atmosphere

You hold a valid EU passport or work permit and are mainly available for evening shifts. Occasionally you help with the lunch service.
