Are you a junior sales professional with a consultative mindset, eager to grow in a dynamic, international environment?

As part of our expansion in the Benelux region, Percall Group is looking for a motivated and curious Sales Representative ready to take the next step in their career. You'll be joining a company that blends the agility of a human-sized team with the strength of a European leader in digital transformation.

 Your mission

Reporting directly to the Sales Leader and working closely with our technical teams, you will:

  • Develop and grow our customer portfolio in the Benelux region
  • Engage with clients to understand their operational challenges and digital ambitions
  • Promote tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape proposals that combine technology, insight, and strategic fit

This is a role for someone who wants to sell with purpose, not just push products. You'll be part of a team that values autonomy, initiative, and consultative thinking.

Your responsabilities

As a Junior Sales Representative, you will:

  • Connect with potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events
  • Learn to identify client needs and match them with the right digital solutions
  • Support the sales cycle from first contact to offer preparation, guided by senior mentors
  • Assist in negotiations and contract management during both sales and project phases
  • Contribute to expanding our commercial footprint in the Benelux region
  • Collaborate on marketing and communication activities tied to sales campaigns
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and software partners

Profil

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • A first experience or academic background in sales, business, or technology (internships count!)
  • A genuine interest in industrial software and digital transformation
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written); French is a plus
  • A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn, travel, and take initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural customer focus
