Description de la fonction

Your role impact:
This role is at the logistical heart of the business, handling critical information flows that drive operations and commercial expansion.

By joining this dynamic team of 18 employees, you'll play an essential part in strengthening relationships with key markets and generating opportunities for sustainable growth.

Your responsibilities for this position are as follows :

  • you coordinate transportation logistics, including trucks, trains, barges, and containers;
  • you negotiate transport pricing to achieve cost-effective solutions;
  • you offer operational support to the commercial team to drive business growth;
  • you maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and transporters;
  • you manage order processing and track inventory levels;
  • you verify transport-related documentation, including customs and insurance paperwork;
  • you audit and confirm the accuracy of purchase and transport invoices;
  • you perform essential administrative and secretarial tasks with precision.

Profil

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual who can excel in this hands-on logistics position. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • experience: a background in logistics administration;
  • skills: proficiency in Windows tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) with excellent organizational abilities;
  • languages: fluent French and English; knowledge of German is a plus;
  • team spirit: strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude;
  • learning orientation: eagerness to grow, take on new challenges, and learn through mentorship opportunities.
