Sander is looking for a Business Analyst for one of his clients in the HealthCare sector located in Brussels.

Business Analyst: The Job

As a Business Analyst, you will play a central role in aligning business needs with technological solutions. You will be involved in a variety of projects linked to business process optimization and the implementation of new digital solutions.

Your tasks include:

• Business process analysis and optimization : Identify and formalize the needs of different business teams and propose innovative solutions to optimize operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Requirements gathering & management : Lead workshops with business users to define functional requirements.
• Write detailed specifications (business requirements, user stories).
• Work closely with IT teams and developers to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Project monitoring & change management : Work in Agile/Scrum methodology to ensure effective deployment of solutions. Support business teams in adopting new tools (training, support, documentation).

Profil

Business Analyst : The profil

• Bachelor or Master focused in a field with a strong quantitative approach (mathematics, physics, civil engineering, business engineering, economics or similar).
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar position. An experience in the Healthcare sector or Pharmaceutical will be a big plus.
• You speak English and French, trilingual? You're the perfect candidate !
