Our client is a global leader in the packaging industry with offices worldwide. For the office in Groot-Bijgaarden, they are seeking a temporary colleague to support the Customer Service Operations team across Europe.

Description de la fonction
The successful candidate will report to the Customer Service Operation Support Team Leader and be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality service administration for a defined CSO area.
- Managing internal orders and follow-up.
- Handling intercompany and customer billing for Service Engineers.
- Preparing administration for customer training.
- Managing and following up on service contracts.
- Ensuring compliance with global standards and local requirements.
- Supporting travel arrangements for Service Engineers.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and best practice implementation.
Profil
A successful Service Administrator should have:
- Minimum 2 years of administration experiences.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Is great in numerical and analytical skills and is able to handle complex subjects.
- Loves working in dynamic and challenging environment.
- Service Minded and good cooperation with other departments and colleagues.
- Self-driven, independent personality.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English, Dutch and /or French.
- Good computer skills (MS office, Outlook, .) Knowledge of SAP is a big plus.
