Jobomschrijving
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the Brussels office, ensuring a well-organised, efficient, and welcoming environment.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, and service providers.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, facility services, meeting rooms, and overall office logistics.
- Support HR and finance processes, including onboarding, basic documentation follow-up, and invoice preparation.
- Assist with planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and team activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, health & safety requirements, and data-management standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and proactively propose solutions
Profil
- Experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role within an international environment.
- Perfect command of English and excellent knowledge of French or Dutch.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with calm and structure.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and comfort working with digital tools and processes.
