Join our Finance team as a Financial Analyst and become an integral part of managing financial operations, reporting, and compliance. In this role, you will oversee accounting processes, tax filings, and financial statements while driving process improvements in a dynamic, multinational environment. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting, tax filings, and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.
• Monitor accounts payables, overdue payments, and reconciliations.
• Play a key role in our Internal Control Framework.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and support cross-functional projects.

Profil

We are looking for a Financial Analyst with the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in financial control, accounting, and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
• Strong knowledge of financial control processes, IFRS principles, and statutory requirements.
• Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous learning and growth.
• English is mandatory; SAP experience is valuable.

Offer:

• Contract Type: Fixed contract preceded by an interim period.
• Work Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week, alternating between a week of 3 full days and a week of 2 full days, with at least 1.5 days on-site per week.
• Location: Louvain-la-Neuve with a minimum on-site requirement.
