Our client is a fast-growing start-up in the retail industry, known for its innovative approach and commitment to quality. Operating as a medium-sized organisation, the company is financially backed by an international group.

• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in preparing monthly closing reports related to accounts payable.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams to address invoice or payment-related queries.
• Support the implementation of process improvements within the AP function.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company guidelines.
• Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation

Profil

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A first profesionnal experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a valued asset.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytic skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
