Description de la fonction

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in digital transformation projects to support our client in Brussels.

Your responsabilities

• Responsible for elicitation, analysis and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.
• You communicate with the business to gather the needs and identify impacts on the existing business processes.
• Your analysis leads to the definition of the solution, thanks to your collaboration with the IT architects and all other stakeholders (IT team, suppliers, business departments...).
• You create and execute test cases to validate deliveries and give your support to the Business Key User for the acceptance tests.
• You ensure that all the required documentation is up to date before going live (business process, functional specifications, user stories, data related documentation, knowledge base for operations).
• The business analysis team also has the responsibility to make the follow-up of business procedures to be updated by the business, to comply with policies of our head office
• Work closely with project teams to identify and design adaptations to existing or future systems required by our business
• Collaborate with Data Architects to build and maintain the Business Information Model.
• Proactively identify necessary changes to the application landscape to align with the business strategy.

Your experience

• Modelling techniques and methods (e.g. BPMN, UML)
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• At least 5 years experience in business analysis
• Excellent analytical skills. Data analysis and data mapping is a plus
• Working experience in agile environment
