Description de la fonction

We're looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to ensure compliance requirements are understood and implemented to meet digital operational resilience standards.
This hands-on role spans both business-facing and IT-facing activities, with a focus on vendor management, procurement, third-party risk, and outsourcing compliance.

Mission & responsibilities

You will be accountable for defining and implementing processes to ensure regulatory compliance, including:

• Deriving and executing activities to meet formalized outsourcing requirements.
  
• Designing a centralized vendor information register for IT suppliers.
  
• Assisting in the creation of an outsourcing policy aligned with oversight expectations.
  
• Helping define exit strategies for critical vendors.
  
• Assessing contractual impacts of new regulations and supporting legal updates to contract templates.
  
• Revising the Third-Party Risk Management Framework, including the assessment of concentration risks.
  

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, policies, and controls.
  
• Proven experience managing compliance projects involving third parties in IT environments.
  
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, especially with senior leadership.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management, ideally in mission-critical environments.
  
• Strong problem-solving and pragmatic approach to compliance challenges.
  
• Background in the banking or financial sector is a plus.

• Exposure to financial services or regulated industries
