For this IT consultancy firm located in the heart of Brussels, we are currently looking for a Dutch-speaking Business Manager who will be in charge of both managing the current client portfolio and growing the company's activities in Belgium.

In a small team of 5 people, you will work autonomously under the supervision of the Country Manager.

Business Manager NL - The Role

- You are in charge for business development throughout the whole sales cycle, from spotting new potential leads to contract signature

- You prospect on a daily basis and you maintain an up-to-date and relevant client pool

- You are the point of contact for existing clients: you answer their questions, offer new services and missions, review the consultants' performances

- You become an expert on your market, which allows you to track market trends, spot opportunities and thus have an influence on the company's strategic decision-making process

Profil

Business Manager NL - About You

- You have obtained a Bachelor's degree

- You have at least 3 years' experience in a relevant job: business management, sales development, recruitment..

- An experience in a consultancy firm is a major asset

- You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
