Description de la fonction

• Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements (e.g., distribution, service contracts).
• Provide strategic legal advice to support business compliance with local and international regulations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Operations.
• Manage and mitigate legal and reputational risks across the BeLux cluster.
• Oversee commercial litigation and support regulatory engagement.
• Contribute to regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, competition law, anti-bribery).
• Promote legal best practices and innovative ways of working.
• Support and influence global and regional legal strategies at the local level.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.

Profil

• Lawyer or Legal Counsel with from 4 to 15 years of experience in commercial law (in-house or private practice).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Experienced in navigating regulatory frameworks in sectors like Tobacco, Food, Pharma, or FMCG.
• Fluent in English and perfect knowledge of French or Dutch
• Strategic, pragmatic, and adaptable under pressure
