Jobomschrijving

As a Lawyer in EU & UK Sanctions, your responsibilities are:

  • Providing expert legal advice on EU and UK sanctions regulations and compliance matters
  • Represent clients before EU Courts and collaborate with counsel across Member States.
  • Assisting clients in interpreting and implementing sanctions-related policies.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to sanctions compliance.
  • Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in sanctions regulations.
  • Advising on cross-border transactions and their compliance with sanctions laws.
  • Providing training and guidance on sanctions-related issues to clients and colleagues.

Profil

A successful Lawyer - EU & UK Sanctions should have:

  • A law degree with a specialization or focus on EU and UK sanctions or international law.
  • At least 4 years of experience in EU and UK Sanctions Law (mandatory criteria)
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
