Our partner is looking for a Software Support Engineer to be the go-to for customers, ensuring clear, professional communication while collaborating with the development team to solve issues fast.
Software Support Engineer - What's the job about ?
- Serve as primary contact for customers, ensuring clear, professional communication.
- Register, classify, and manage incidents via the ticketing system.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues, escalating to development when needed.
- Monitor support tickets to ensure timely resolution and SLA compliance.
Collaborate with teams in Brussels to maintain strong inter-team relationships.
Profil
Software Support Engineer - Who are you ?
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience; strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of databases (MSSQL/Oracle) and ability to write complex queries.
- Understanding of REST APIs, network basics, and Windows OS administration.
- Familiarity with IIS, Microsoft Azure, source control, and basic C#/.NET.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English with a positive, proactive attitude.
