Our client is a reputable company operating in the industrial/manufacturing sector. As a medium-sized organization, they focus on delivering quality products and services to their customers while fostering a results-driven work environment.

As a Customer Service & Sales Analyst you'll have a hybrid role that combines operational excellence in order-to-delivery processes with analytical skills to support sales forecasting and performance monitoring. You will act as a key link between customers, logistics, and the sales department, ensuring smooth operations while providing valuable insights to drive business growth.

Customer Service (Order-to-Delivery):

• Manage incoming orders and ensure accurate entry into ERP systems.
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics partners to guarantee timely execution.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and professional support.
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

Sales Analysis & Reporting:

• Prepare and update sales forecasts in collaboration with the sales team.
• Track and analyze KPIs (sales volumes, margins, customer trends).
• Provide regular reports and dashboards to management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Profil

We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Analyst that should have:

• Bilingual Dutch/French (spoken & written); good knowledge of English is a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
