Our Toyota Aftersales team is seeking a Parts/Service Advisor to join our team in Zaventem. In this position, you will be responsible ordering, receiving and managing parts and accessories for the different services. You also handle reporting, returns, sales and administration while following the company's procedures.

What you'll do

  • Place and follow up orders for the different departments.
  • Report the arrival of BO parts to the relevant team.
  • Receive, sort, store and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Organize and monitor the return of parts and liaise with transporters in case of issues.
  • Stay up to date with daily information on new accessories, models, technical updates and service campaigns.
  • Handle counter sales of parts and accessories.
  • Manage reception and invoicing, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and guidelines.

Profil

To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Strong interest in the automotive sector; experience is an advantage.
  • Dynamic, accurate, organized and proactive.
  • Customer-focused and committed to delivering quality.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues when needed.
  • Knowledge of inventory management software (ideally ERP SAP or Incadea) and MS Office.
  • Fluent in French and Dutch; English is a plus.
