You'll work closely with engineers, flight crews and ground teams, making smart decisions in fast-paced environments. ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll carry out maintenance, modifications, and repairs to aircraft structures, mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems, ensuring our fleet remains safe and airworthy.
• You'll work in accordance with approved technical documentation and company procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• You'll maintain and promote a just culture of responsibility, accountability, and uphold our company values in everything you do.
• You'll conduct maintenance and repairs in compliance with regulations, engineering procedures, and approved technical documentation.
• You'll identify, store, and process parts removed from aircraft according to company processes and procedures.
• You'll ensure accurate documentation and sign-off of completed work at the end of each shift.

Profil

ABOUT YOU

• You have an Aeronautics degree or equivalent qualification.
• You're adaptable with working hours to align with TUI Group Winter Maintenance Planning.
• You have knowledge of EASA Part-145 regulation and understanding of SMS requirements.
• You understand Human Factors within the aircraft maintenance environment.
• You have effective communication skills, preferably with fluency in Dutch or French.
• You're proficient with computer systems and company operating engineering systems.
