As a Sales Support specialist, your responsibilities are:

• Assist the sales team with order processing and data entry.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Support the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as updating customer information in the system.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve client issues effectively.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Profil

A successful Sales Support specialist should have:

• A background in customer service, sales, or administration, preferably within the retail industry.
• Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Dutch & French is required, English is a plus.
