Description de la fonction

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and partnership agreements
• Support legal reviews related to financial regulations, data protection (GDPR), and IT law
• Assist in maintaining internal compliance and risk management procedures
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance to internal stakeholders
• Liaise with external counsel on specialized legal topics when needed
• Contribute to internal training sessions on relevant legal developments

Profil

• Master's degree in Law, ideally with a focus on commercial, IT, or financial law
• 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel, preferably in financial services or tech
• Strong interest in fintech, data protection, and regulatory topics
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
• Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and eager to learn in a dynamic setting
