Are you passionate about driving seamless processes, optimizing SAP systems, and leading digital transformation? We're looking for an experienced End-to-End O2C Process Owner to shape, standardize, and elevate our global Order-to-Cash processes.

? what you'll do

As the O2C Process Owner, you will oversee the full lifecycle of the Order-to-Cash process — from order entry to revenue collection. You'll design the global O2C blueprint, guide SAP transformation initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

  • Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts

  • Represent O2C in design boards
    
  • Approve functional proposals and ensure compliance
    
  • Prioritize O2C requirements and validate solutions

  • Work with Finance, Sales, IT, Customer Service, Logistics
    
  • Lead workshops and translate business needs into SAP functionality
    
  • Ensure seamless integration with CRM, billing, and financial systems

  • Ensure data quality, standards, and migration readiness

🎯 what you bring

• 7+ years experience in O2C process management, ideally in international settings
  
• Strong SAP expertise—S/4HANA, SD, FI-AR, and integration points
  
• Background in large ERP or Finance transformation programs
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
