My client company is a fast-growing industrial group investing heavily in cybersecurity. The internal cyber team is young, dynamic, and expanding.
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager, not necessarily a Cybersecurity Specialist, but someone with strong, structured project delivery skills to manage internal governance, risk and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver cybersecurity-related projects (GRC focus)
  
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, and timelines
  
• Coordinate activities between GRC, IT, and Infrastructure teams
  
• Track progress, KPIs, risks, and report to stakeholders
  
• Ensure alignment with business priorities and deadlines
  
• Provide guidance to junior team members when needed
  

Required profile

• 3+ years as a Project Manager in IT or cybersecurity environments
  
• Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK or similar methodologies
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  
• Ability to manage distributed teams across countries
  
• Fluent in English (Dutch/French is a plus)
  
• Able to start immediately
  

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in industrial environments
  
• Knowledge of ISO27001, NIST or other GRC frameworks
