Jobomschrijving

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers in the UK region.
  • Handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently and accurately.
  • Entering and processing orders correctly in the system/
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Monitoring shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Preparing and updating customer reports and documentation.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and clear communication.
  • Providing administrative support to the team when needed.

Profil

You are a good fit for this role if you:

  • Are customer-oriented and have experience in order management, supply chain, or customer service.
  • Have an affinity with the healthcare sector.
  • Speak fluent English and Dutch.
  • Communicate clearly and think in terms of solutions.
  • Are detail-oriented and precise.
  • Are comfortable using administrative tools and software.
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Are flexible and able to multitask effectively.
