Jobomschrijving
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers in the UK region.
- Handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently and accurately.
- Entering and processing orders correctly in the system/
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Monitoring shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
- Preparing and updating customer reports and documentation.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and clear communication.
- Providing administrative support to the team when needed.
Profil
You are a good fit for this role if you:
- Are customer-oriented and have experience in order management, supply chain, or customer service.
- Have an affinity with the healthcare sector.
- Speak fluent English and Dutch.
- Communicate clearly and think in terms of solutions.
- Are detail-oriented and precise.
- Are comfortable using administrative tools and software.
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Are flexible and able to multitask effectively.
