  Assist in day-to-day HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee files).
• 
  
  Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
• 
  
  Contribute to training, development, and performance management processes.
• 
  
  Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor regulations.
• 
  
  Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.

Profil

• 
  
  Holds a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 
  
  Has a first professional experience in HR (soft HR, hard HR, or both).
• 
  
  Is perfectly trilingual: French, Dutch, and English.
• 
  
  Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and a hands-on attitude.
• 
  
  Shows motivation to grow within the HR function and develop expertise.
• 
  
  Please note: we are looking for HR professionals, not candidates motivated only by the marketing sector.
