Description de la fonction

Looking for a role where you can make a real impact on business decisions? As a Cost Planning & Improvement Specialist, you'll be at the crossroads of finance, engineering, and strategy. You'll help define product costs, track profitability, and drive cost improvements across the company ; all while working closely with leaders and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will:

  • Plan & track costs: Set target costs for new products, monitor performance, and report progress in management meetings.
  • Analyze & improve: Compare actual vs. target costs, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with teams to make it happen.
  • Report & support decisions: Prepare product profitability reports, share insights with leadership, and contribute to short and long-term planning.
  • Partner with teams: Work hand in hand with engineering, production, and finance to ensure cost strategies are realistic and impactful.
  • Shape processes: Suggest improvements to our cost management systems to make them smarter and more efficient.

Profil

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor/Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in finance within a multinational environment
  • Solid English skills (spoken and written)
  • The ability to connect finance and engineering in a practical way

  • Proactive, hands-on, and ready to take ownership
  • Strong with numbers, but also curious and solution-oriented
  • IT-minded, eager to improve tools and processes
  • Comfortable working independently and under deadlines
  • Open to multicultural teamwork and cross-department collaboration
