Freelance Process Engineer (Investment) M/V/X

Our client is a major bank driven to accelerate the digitalization of its investment offerings, while meeting evolving regulatory demands. Their "Invest & Financial Insurances" Tribe builds and maintains fully integrated investment product solutions.

• Map high-level investment processes in ARIS and maintain a process catalog.
• Define, redesign and validate end-to-end (E2E) business flows.
• Participate in ideation with business and IT stakeholders to align solutions with customer, efficiency, and risk goals.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption of new or updated processes.
• Improve the customer journey, simplifying and streamlining where possible.
• Actively join Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Report on progress and status of process mapping initiatives at multiple organizational levels.
• Gather, analyze, and challenge requirements from internal and external stakeholders.

Profil

• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
• Passionate about the investment world and curious about process flows.
• Able to understand and reconcile diverse stakeholder needs.
• Independent, proactive, and experienced in leading projects.
• Strong communicator and presenter, able to address various management levels.
• Analytical, structured, and skilled in process modeling.
• Comfortable facilitating discussions and negotiating to drive consensus.
• Customer-focused and solution-driven, with a tenacious, creative approach.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus.
