As a Customer Care - Dutch / French / English your responsibilities are:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, French, and English.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Contribute to improving customer service processes and practices.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Profil

A successful Customer Care - Dutch / French / English should have:

• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is a plus.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
