Jobomschrijving

As a Key Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategic partnerships with major national retailers. You'll lead joint business planning, negotiate commercial terms, and drive category growth.

Reporting to the Head of Retail Belgium, you'll define retailer strategies, deepen category insights, and execute plans that balance customer success with the company's growth ambitions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual account plans
  • Lead customer negotiations aligned with the company's commercial strategy
  • Own account planning and forecasting, with full P&L responsibility
  • Achieve targets across Net Revenue, Gross Margin, 4Ps, and Working Capital
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing to maximize sales and shelf impact
  • Analyze sales data (e.g. Nielsen) to guide promotional and launch strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with Supply Services to ensure accurate forecasting and
  • inventory
  • Partner with Brand Activation to optimize promotional execution and visibility

Profil

  • Master in Economics or Business engineering
  • 4-7 years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Proven analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
  • Familiarity with consumer data platforms (Nielsen, IRI, Panel Data)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong relationship-building and time management abilities
  • Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (trilingual is a plus)
