About the role

We are looking for a Solution Architect to design innovative IT solutions and support presales activities for strategic projects. You will collaborate with internal experts, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality architectures that meet business and technical needs.

Your responsibilities

• Presales & Client Engagement
• Support business development teams in defining solution strategies
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase technical and business value
• Solution Design
• Create end-to-end architectures for custom development and integration projects
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance in all solutions
• Proposal & Tender Management
• Prepare detailed technical proposals and contribute to commercial offers
• Manage public tender responses, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Vendor Collaboration
• Evaluate software products and negotiate terms with vendors
• Integrate third-party solutions into overall architecture
• Internal Coordination
• Work closely with competence centers to leverage expertise
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

• Proven track record in presales support and proposal writing
• Familiarity with public sector procurement processes

• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to translate client needs into practical, innovative solutions

• Experience with multi-cloud environments

Location: Brussels - Hybrid
Languages: ENG + FR or NL (public sector so it is a must)
