Resolving issues and fulfilling service requests from computer users.

Supporting problem management and escalation to remote 2nd / 3rd line teams.

Promoting and supporting the European IT division's centralised service.

Providing on-site IT assistance (when required) to multiple offices in Belgium.

Serve as a point-of-contact to management for local IT Project needs.

Procurement, configuration and commissioning of IT hardware.

Support in the remediation of IT security vulnerabilities.

Profil

Requirements

Bachelor-level thinking and reasoning skills, or equivalent through experience.

Fluent in English and Dutch (oral and written). Fluency in French is a plus.

At least 3 years' experience in end user support or a similar role.

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 & 11, O365, Entra, Intune and Active Directory.

Considered a big plus is exposure to ITIL, SDI or equivalent IT Service Management methodology, and experience working to a security compliance framework. 

Effective troubleshooting, problem solving and a keen attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritise and support a wide range of IT related demands. Strong interpersonal skills used to build trust in a busy and demanding environment.

Self-motivated with a focus on continuous professional development.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

The ability to organize, prepare, and assemble documents or reports containing data from several sources.
