Description de la fonction
As a Recruitment Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving business growth by developing your own region and proactively identifying new opportunities
- Managing and advising a portfolio of clients and candidates to ensure successful outcomes
- Building strong, long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their needs and supporting their growth
- Leading the full recruitment cycle, from initial interviews to offer negotiation
- Conducting in-depth candidate assessments to ensure the best fit
- Negotiating commercial terms and rates with clients
- Celebrating achievements and sharing success with your team
Profil
We're looking for a candidate who brings:
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience, ideally in B2B Sales or Recruitment (Recruitment Consultant / Business Manager)
- Fluency in French and English or fluency in Dutch and English
- Ability to work smart and efficiently
- A driven, ambitious mindset with an outgoing personality and a strong desire to succeed
- Eagerness to learn and develop commercial expertise
- Resilience to navigate challenges and maintain performance
- A collaborative spirit and team-oriented approach
