As a Customer Happiness Advisor (NL/FR) your responsibilities are:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in both Dutch and French.
  • Assisting customers with product information and resolving their concerns effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Following established guidelines and procedures to handle customer requests.
  • Providing feedback to improve processes and services.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

Profil

A successful Customer Happiness Advisor (NL/FR) should have:

  • Fluency in both Dutch and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in using customer service tools and software.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs.
