Description de la fonction

Our Sales Administration team is seeking a Sales Admin & Delivery Employee to join us in Woluwe. In this position, you'll be at the center of the vehicle delivery process, ensuring smooth administration, efficient coordination, and an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll do:
* Handle the administrative follow-up of files related to the sale of used cars.
* Manage invoicing of vehicles and prepare complete delivery dossiers (registrations, invoicing, welcome pack).
* Complete, follow up, and archive all used vehicle files with accuracy.
* Plan deliveries by coordinating transport and preparing vehicles for handover.
* Schedule and manage customer appointments for vehicle collection.
* Deliver used cars to private customers, including number plate changes/confirmation when needed.
* Provide customers with all necessary information about their vehicle (instruction booklet, maintenance booklet, Eurocare assistance, warranty).
* Follow up on invoicing and payment processing for vehicles.
* Organize vehicles in the car park and prepare them for delivery to customers or collection by transporters.

Profil

To be successful in this role you will be:
* Experienced in administration with customer contact.
* Skilled in Office applications (Excel, Word); knowledge of dealer systems such as Incadea is a plus.
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, allowing you to operate confidently in a multilingual environment.
* Organized and precise, yet flexible when needed.
* Dynamic, solution-oriented, and always ready to take initiative.
